Aditi Ghai Rana#
Aditi Ghai Rana is a Senior Member of the Technical Staff (SMTS) Engineer in AMD’s AIG-AIE AI Solutions team, where she focuses on model quantization, GPU kernel optimization, and inference framework performance tuning for AMD AI accelerators. Prior to AMD, she worked at Cadence Design Systems developing numerical methods for the Spectre circuit simulator. She holds a PhD in Computational Applied Mathematics from Stony Brook University.
