Chaitanya Manem

Chaitanya Manem is a Research Engineer on the GenAI team at AMD. He works on large language models, data curation, and synthetic data generation for training LLMs. Prior to AMD, he worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Nottingham and as a Machine Learning Engineer at Micron Technology and HSBC, where he focused on large-scale NLP and NLU projects. He earned his master’s degree in Machine Learning in Science from the University of Nottingham.
