Peyman Razaghi, PhD#
Peyman Razaghi, PhD is a Principal Member of Technical Staff on the AMD AGI team, where he works on agentic systems, performance optimization, and large‑scale training and inference for large language models. Previously at Amazon Web Services, he led the design and delivery of end‑to‑end machine‑learning solutions on AWS, spanning model design, fine‑tuning and reinforcement learning on open‑source models, RAG systems, and production ML optimization at scale. He earned his PhD in Information Theory from the University of Toronto and was an NSERC Postdoctoral Fellow at USC.
