Ryan Swann#
Ryan Swann is a Senior Member of Technical Staff at AMD, where he works on GEMM library codesign, compositional cost modeling, and multi-GPU communications optimizations. He received his PhD in Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma State University, where his graduate research focused on EDA and VLSI. His work focuses on GPU programming models and architecture for high-performance linear algebra, including GEMM solution selection, data-reuse optimizations, and multi-GPU collectives. In his spare time he enjoys weightlifting, running, and gaming.
