Deval Shah#
Deval Shah is a Member of Technical Staff in the AI group at AMD, focusing on performance optimization and efficient execution of AI workloads on AMD GPUs. She earned her PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of British Columbia, where her research focused on energy-efficient acceleration for AI-driven robotics, spanning algorithm–hardware co-design, domain-specific accelerators, and GPU architectures. She also holds an MTech in Microelectronics from IIT Bombay and has prior industry experience with VLSI design technology and methodology at Qualcomm.
