Lingpeng Jin

Lingpeng is a Senior Member of Technical Staff (SMTS) in the AMD AI group, spearheading hardware/software co-design innovations for AMD GPUs. He specializes in performance optimization of distributed AI systems, delivering state-of-the-art implementations for both training and inference of foundation models. With 8 years of pioneering work in GPU architecture design and AI system optimization, he has secured 3 U.S. patents in low-level GPU acceleration mechanisms and delivered full-stack optimizations adopted across ray tracing, large language models, and generative AI applications.
