Jiang Liu

Jiang Liu is a Research Scientist in the GenAI team at AMD where he works on building foundation models. His current research interests include large language models, multi-modality models, and trustworthy AI. He earned his PhD degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Johns Hopkins University in 2024. Before that, he received his bachelor’s degree from Tsinghua University in 2019. He did research internships at Microsoft Azure AI, Amazon AWS AI, and Subtle Medical.
