Yusheng Su

Yusheng Su is a Research Scientist on the GenAI team at AMD, where he works on a large-scale foundation model pre-training and post-training framework. His primary focus is on training efficiency, and he also devotes part of his work to research on Agents. Prior to joining AMD, he was a postdoctoral researcher at the Sailing Lab, CMU/MBZUAI. He received his PhD from the THUNLP Lab at Tsinghua University. He currently serves as an ACL area chair (2025–present) and has been a program chair /reviewer (2021–present) for several AI conferences (including ACL, NAACL, AACL, EMNLP, COLING, COLM, ICLR, ICML, IJCAI, AAAI, and NeurIPS).
